EXP Stock is a Life-Changing Benefit

EXP Stock is a Life-Changing Benefit

We’ve been affiliated with eXp Realty for 5 1/2 years. The great thing about accruing stock in the company is that it happens as you are going about your business…helping people buy and sell real estate.

The stock is earned as awards for production, and as awards for sponsoring people into the company.

Stock can also be purchased, if that is an option you choose, by using 5% of your commission to buy stock at a 10% discount. This is something that we have opted to do for 5 1/2 years. It’s a relatively painless way to accrue stock.

We are hundreds of thousands of dollars better off because of eXp stock. Pinch me!

eXp World Holdings Announced a 2-for-1 Stock Split

This announcement came yesterday, 1/19/21. Read the Press Release Here. I don’t pretend to be an expert in stocks…but everything I’ve read about a stock split is promising. The stock split is designed to provide greater flexibility for the various ways we earn stock, both agents and staff.

“Our decision to effectuate this stock split provides added flexibility to continue leveraging various stock programs for our agents, brokers and staff that help fuel our growth,” said Glenn Sanford, Founder, Chairman and CEO of eXp World Holdings. “With the continued success of the company, we believe this stock split represents another positive milestone in eXp’s growth trajectory. As always, we’re focused on innovation and delivering on our overall value proposition for our agents, brokers, staff and customers.”

Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better.

Karen and I are excited about the future of this company. This continues to be the best business decision we’ve ever made.
