EXP Realty Reaches New Milestone in Growth
This important company milestone represents nearly doubling of agent count in one year!
Since the beginning of 2019 the agent base of eXp Realty has grown more than 30 percent. At eXp Realty Maryland we are nearing 400 agents. When Karen and I came to eXp Realty in August of 2015, I was the 6th agent in Maryland! Yes, the growth is remarkable. To date, eXp Realty can take the record as the fastest growing real estate brokerage in the country.
And we haven’t seen anything yet!
eXp Realty Gets Ready for International Growth
eXp Realty is operating in all provinces of Canada, having opened the last province in July of 2019.
eXp Realty opened in the United Kingdom and in Australia in 2019. Both the Presidents of eXp Realty in UK and Australia were present at our recent shareholders conference. This will mean amazing growth for our company! (and we can hope for our stock!!)
Additions to the eXp Realty Offerings
Our new lending platform, Introlend First Cloud, eXp’s national mortgage platform is jointly owned by eXp Realty and it’s agents, is available in four states for the first phase.
Introlend is a RESPA compliant platform for eXp agents to use, providing a great experience for loan application and pre-qualifying clients, using agent’s favorite loan originators and mortgage professionals. eXp agents can choose an ownership interest in the platform, adding to the business bottom line. It’s yet another way to make money at eXp Realty.
