How can you not love a company that has FUN as one of it’s core values? Life and business doesn’t have to be dull.

From scavenger hunts, fireworks on the beach, and Halloween decorations and costumes, the eXp world cloud campus is always a fun place. When you need a break, you can always grab a speed boat and tour the island.

Our two yearly conventions are also loaded with fun events, from block parties and great food, to networking fun. eXp Realty truly celebrates our agents.

eXp Realty is an Inman Innovator Awards Winner We’re extremely pleased to announce that eXp Realty is a 2018 Inman Innovator Awards winner for “Most Innovative Real Estate Company”! The Inman Innovator Awards are given each year to recognize and celebrate industry innovation and accomplishments.

It has been a real treat to spend time with the other finalists, speakers and idea-makers this week at Inman Connect,” said eXp World Holdings CEO, Chairman and Founder Glenn Sanford. “Innovation is one of our core values that we have embraced from our first day in business, so this award is a culmination of the team’s hard work.”

We like the idea of a “distributed” work environment rather than a “remote” one. Even though we don’t work in the same location, we’re always collaborating and don’t feel “remote” from one another! Virtual companies are very real, and becoming more popular than ever.

The leadership is accessible to all. The opportunities to learn, share, teach, collaborate and socialize are limitless.

Make positive change in our company and local community.

Real Estate agents are natural community ambassadors. We are out and about in our neighborhoods every day. There is a need for good neighbors in every community. eXp Realty agents are involved in numerous ventures to give back to the communities that have contributed to their success.

eXp Realty has partnered with the non-profit New Story. eXp Realty and New Story are working together to transform slums in Haiti, Bolivia, and El Salvador into thriving communities.
