eXp Realty Reports Record Revenue
In the first quarter 2022, revenue increased 73% year-over-year to $1.0 Billion, driven by agent growth of 55%. Gross profit increased 56% to $83.5 million.
EXPI Stock Dividends Added
In the second quarter of 2022 the Board of Directors began a cash dividend of $0.04 per share of common stock, paid at the end of May. What a nice way for the company to say, “thanks stock holders!”!
